The Cottage is set up a narrow country lane.
(Please expect a few bumps - we do endeavour to keep filling in the pot holes)
We are very sorry, but we do not accept large same sex groups.
No Pets
No Smoking inside the property.
The property has Gas & Electric Key Meters.
We will however, provide £20 worth of Gas & Electricity for your stay.
Change over days normally Saturday to Saturday, however we will consider different days if able.
Short breaks are normally October to March, but last minute short breaks will be considered if there is availability outside of this time period.
Arrival time: 3.30p.m. onwards.
Vacate premises by 10 a.m. on departure date.

| Why should you choose Rosia Cottage?
Rosia Cottage is situated in Mid/West Cornwall. Convenient to visit any part of Cornwall from the Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Tate Gallery St Ives, Lands End, Flambards and many other attractions.
We are also situated right on the Cornish Way Route 3 Cycle path, so you can bring your bikes, leave your car at Rosia Cottage and cycle around Cornwall. At night you can lock your bikes in a safe and secure room.
The Great Flat Lode is also nearby for the keen walkers and mine enthusiasts.
What has Rosia Cottage to offer that others don't?
The owners, Clive & Kathryn live right next door, this means they can give that little bit extra service. Before your arrival you can order your groceries at Tesco.com Home Delivery or Asda.com and Kathryn will put them in the fridge &/or freezer for, so they will be waiting for you on arrival. This will give you time to relax instead of having to go shopping as soon as you arrive.
The accommodation has also recently been refurbished and modernised to a very high standard. The beds all have percale sheets and memory foam mattresses to ensure you have a good nights sleep. The bath is a whirlpool bath to give you total relaxation with thick jumbo bath towels to dry with.
There is also a safe to lock away your valuables.
You don't even have to pack your buckets and spades or beach towels as they are all provided at no extra cost!
