Broadband Internet - Hire of Vodafone USB connector. £30 refundable deposit required   Yes/No
   Cash on Arrival/Collection of Dongle. You will require your own Laptop/Netbook.
(This is a Pay as You Go with minimum top up of £15 per 1 GB)

Terms & Conditions

1. A refundable deposit of £150 is required with your final balance.
   This is to cover any damage/loss of meter keys* incurred during your stay.
   Provided there is no damage, this sum will be returned to you once the property
   has been inspected following your departure. (If paying by cheque, please send a separate, undated cheque for this amount
   and the cheque will not be banked, but returned to you after your holiday).
2. A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
3. The final balance will be due 10 weeks before arrival.
4. Methods of payment accepted:
   Cheques, in GB Pounds Sterling, payable to ROSIA COTTAGE HOLIDAYS
   Bank Transfers (Bank details on request)
5. Large same sex parties are not permitted
6. No pets allowed
7. No smoking permitted inside the house
8. Bookings are for Saturday to Saturday (except the winter short breaks or prior agreement)
9. Rosia Cottage will be available from 3.30 p.m. on day of arrival
10.Premises to be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure.


It is strongly recommended you take out Travel Insurance for your holiday in case of illness/cancellation, as refunds
will not be given unless we are able to re-book the dates at short notice.

*Gas and Electric Key Meters are provided in the property. If meter keys are lost there will be a £20 admin fee for
each key lost, taken out of the £150 refundable deposit.
