About Us

The Richardson Family.

We are Clive & Kathryn, who live next door to Rosia Cottage. We have three children, Mark, Andrew & Sarah.

The Cottage was owned by Kathryn's Grandparents, on a small farm which had cows, pigs, hens, horses etc. A long time after the business was closed down, Clive & Kathryn built their bungalow in what was the old farm yard, next to Kathryn's Mum & Dad and Rosia Cottage.
We still keep a few hens (free range eggs are available) and three pygmy goats, Twix, Twirl and Polo - all can been seen from the cottage!

In 2006, Rosia Cottage became vacant, so 2007 was spent giving it a complete
renovation and modernisation. It has been completed to a very high standard

and now has many modern features. We have tried to make it very much a home

from home for our guests, with whirlpool bath, memory foam mattresses and many

other luxuries not often found in holiday accommodation.
